Who is responsible

N49 Technologies Inc. is responsible for personal information under its control. N49 AI, N49 Solutions, N49 Cloud, and N49 Security are operating names of the same corporation. Our accountable privacy owner receives questions, requests, and complaints at [email protected].

What we collect

We collect information you provide when you contact us, request service, submit a corporate inquiry, make a privacy request, report an accessibility barrier, or communicate with an N49 business. This may include your name, contact information, company, the brand and subject involved, and the content of your request.

Web infrastructure and security services may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser and device signals, request time, referring page, and security events.

Why we use it

We use personal information to respond and route requests, assess service enquiries, administer relationships, maintain security, investigate concerns, keep necessary business records, and meet legal obligations. A form submission is delivered by Cloudflare email services to the restricted N49 AI sales mailbox. We do not add an inquiry to marketing communications unless we ask separately and you agree.

How the businesses work together

N49 Technologies Inc. may route a request to the N49 business best able to respond. Because the brands are part of the same corporation, this is an internal use rather than a sale of information. We limit access to the people who need it for the request or relationship.

Providers and processing locations

Cloudflare hosts, delivers, secures, and measures the website. Cloudflare Turnstile may evaluate network, browser, and device signals to distinguish people from bots. Cloudflare Email Sending delivers website enquiries to our business email provider. Cloudflare and the email provider may process information in the locations used to provide their services. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that location.

Analytics and browser storage

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page use and performance. We do not use advertising trackers on this corporate site or build profiles for targeted advertising. Security services may still process signals needed to deliver and protect the site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it to providers that help us operate and respond, professional advisers where necessary, a party you direct or authorize, participants in a lawful business transaction with appropriate safeguards, or where law requires or permits disclosure.

Retention

We retain personal information only while reasonably needed for the request, an active or anticipated relationship, security and dispute handling, or legal and financial recordkeeping. Information no longer required is deleted, de-identified, or allowed to expire under controlled provider schedules.

Safeguards

We use measures appropriate to the information and risk, including access controls, multi-factor authentication, encrypted transport, protected credentials, input limits, bot protection, security headers, restricted administrative access, and review of material incidents. No safeguard eliminates every risk, so we limit collection and ask you not to submit unnecessary sensitive information.

Your choices and requests

You may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access, challenge its accuracy, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or raise a concern. We may verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it. We will explain a refusal and available recourse.

Changes

We update this policy when our brands, services, data practices, providers, or legal obligations materially change. The effective date identifies the current version.
